I’m using these clippers to trim my goat’s hooves. They’re very sharp and easy to use, like cutting through warm butter. They seem to be well made. Purchased them from Sandy’s Antiques, very prompt delivery, very satisfactory price, and very good customer sevice. I highly recommend this product.

I bought mine in the 1980s. I never let anyone else use them. They have probably stayed close to the same price. I misplaced mine for about a year and thought they might have come out of my suitcase. I had taken them with me to do fine pruning for my daughter. I looked everywhere and finally found them in the kitchen. I am glad to have them back since they really do make a difference. I use these when I want to prune properly. These really are the best, and it is nice when left-handers don’t have to settle for mediocre.

This is an excellent tool: It cuts any branch well, it’s comfortable in my hand, and I can get parts if I ever need them.

These pruners will last for as long as you can stand to take care of them. They are comfortable, durable, and trustworthy to cut through anything you can get the blade around (anything organic, that is). Complete disassembly for cleaning is easy and intuitive. I’ve used a pair at work for years and they keep going and going, so now that I’m on to a new job, I had to buy a pair of my own! They are completely worth the money, especially if they are going to get some heavy use.

I don’t know why, but these pruners are listed under two different descriptions but are clearly the same product. I have already reviewed them under the other description but I am happy to reiterate my support of them. This is a quality tool that can easily be re-sharpened and parts replaced. I have had mine for over ten years and am convinced that unless I lose them they will outlive me! If you are left-handed these are an essential gardening tool. I don’t know of another manufacturer of left-handed pruners.
